brother wolf animal rescue ~ Sable | asheville dog photographer

as promised, here are some more images of the beautiful Sable, who is so in need of a loving home. Sable is an adult german shepherd, who is very sensitive and loving. the very stimulating environment of the shelter has been quite overwhelming for this beauty, so she has been spending a lot of time in the large outdoor run at brother wolf. if you go looking for her and do not see her, be sure to ask. when you visit her, and bend down to pet her, she almost immediately rolls onto her back ready for a belly rub. she has the most beautiful sensitive eyes, and is quite good on a leash. I was by myself this time, which is a little tricky to photograph as I could not let go of her leash ( did not want to take a chance on losing her) and every time I would squat down to photograph her, show would come towards me looking for a loving nuzzle…………if you have time, energy and space, she is a big girl, and have been perhaps considering a new family member, you owe it to yourself to visit this beautiful girl. she is simply a wonderful creature. I will certainly be making another of my daily visits to see her today….it seems to be helping her. here she is….and just a funny note, in the second image down, I was simply holding my camera in front of her while standing completely upright. every time the autofocus would engage, she would just look so quizzically at the camera, tilting her her from side to side, trying to figure out what was making that sound. it was so cute!
