I had an very fun photo shoot yesterday with www.moccasinsdirect.com to highlight some of their brand new products. I just loved the knee high fringed boots! So fun! Here are some of the images in a slideshow,
and a few other favorites….I love the dog shots! Just look at the fringe flying on those boots!
she is just a breath of fresh air……and I was lucky enough to have her as my ‘guest’ stylist at a shoot yesterday…..

even rainy days can be great for photographing. we had one of those lightly drizzly days today, you know, grey skies, no real downpours, just a steady pattern of wet all day……so i thought it might be the perfect day to drag out some lighting and experiment a bit. fortunately, i had a willing accomplice! these shots were all taken within 10 minutes of each other. gives you an idea of the variety of looks you can get when adding in a flash and softbox.
first, flash positioned camera right, 1/2 power, ISO 160, 1/200th, f 3.2
next, flash 1/4 power camera left, ISO 160 , f 5.0
and lastly, the same scene with no added light
and this time, truly the last post….a little mossy still life
yep. another one of those gorgeous seniors who makes my job so very easy…..i’ll let the images speak for themselves

in addition to the above, my very good friend Lara Hopkins of lara b photography was along with me, and her two beautiful daughters were in tow…..they certainly know how to work it!

see how she keeps her legs in such great shape?? do this about 80 times during an average shoot and you’ll feel it. thanks to you all for such a fun session.
